When you book, you are agreeing to our cancellation and no show policy.

You will be responsible for paying 25% of the booked service if you do not give at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment, and 50% of the booked service if you fail to show up to your appointment and give no notice at all. 

Your credit card on file will be charged this amount automatically in these instances and no refund will be provided.

Celia Do My Hair is committed to creating a safe, comfortable atmosphere to make each guest feel like they can be fully open and welcomed. 

Hateful speech will never be tolerated in this salon. This includes any speech that is racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or intolerant in any way. 

Violation of this code of conduct will result in the offender being asked to leave or being unable to book future appointments.

You will always be met with ultimate respect, kindness, and a listening ear in this salon.
